Challenge

Blakademik is an online show that gives intelligent and engaging black individuals a space to debate current affairs. Various topics are discussed each week with experiences, expertise and opinions exchanged in a conscious, honest, and progressive way.

We were asked to deliver brand positioning, visual identity, print design, website design, a WordPress website, marketing, illustration, social content, and digital support.

We have continuously supported the host, Jordan Jarrett-Bryan, by producing branding, website, digital and printed collateral, comms strategy and marketing initiatives.

It was essential that the brand identity communicated to a vast audience, passionate about cultural and current affairs. Blakademik was developed in such a way that the mark was extended across all collateral, from the website to social media posts.

The vibrant, bold colours have been integral to the growth of the visual language, drawing a thread of recognition through all elements and illustrations.
