Junior Account Executive

Salary: £20,000-£25,000 (negotiable).

Job Type: Full-time.

Schedule: Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days working from home – office days may increase during onboarding period).

Expected start date: 2nd September.

We have an incredible entry-level opportunity for an ambitious and hard-working individual from any background to join a growing marketing agency as Junior Account Executive.

Who We Are Looking For: 

As we aim high and set ambitious targets, we seek a Junior Account Executive who shares our passion and determination. This role is for those ready to embrace challenges and drive results. We’re looking for somebody who is seeking the perfect opportunity to create a career in marketing and develop skills in client communication, project management, social media, and other marketing disciplines.

Your Role

As the Junior Account Executive, you will focus on supporting the Account Director in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaign performance. You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and contributing to the overall growth of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support

  • Assist in managing day-to-day account management and delivery through Asana.
  • Support the AD with all their duties.

Project Management

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, social media, and content campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of project plans, schedules, and briefs.
  • Organise and manage the client filing and assets.

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights.
  • Sourcing of images .
  • Prepare reporting results for workshops and support the AD with workshop prep.

Content Development

  • Assist with producing content and manage our social media accounts using Planable.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistency and quality and manage the sign-off process.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with our creative digital and development delivery team to ensure cohesive and effective assets, campaign execution etc.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Skills, experience, & requirements

  • Attention to detail to ensure high standard of work is delivered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proactive time management to juggle multiple projects and moving parts.
  • A keen interest and some understanding of branding, communications, and digital marketing.
  • Keen team player and happy to share your knowledge.
  • Charismatic with excellent relationship-building skills and ability to spot opportunities to grow clients.
  • Open-mindedness and a meritocratic approach.
  • Always looking for opportunities and solutions that bring our clients products/services to life.
  • Comfortable delivering remote or in real-life workshops and energetic yet focused meetings.
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Compensation & benefits

  • Full-time permanent position with a Salary: £20,000-£25,000 (negotiable).
  • Pension scheme with 5% contribution (eligible after six-months’ probation period).
  • Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days working from home – office days may increase during onboarding period).
  • 27 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure on top.
  • 2 duvet days per year.
  • Up to 3 weeks per year remote working from abroad up to 4 hours time difference (eligible after six-months’ probation period).
  • Regular training and development events.

The 1st stage of interviews (virtual) will be an informal screening call with our talent manager. This will be primarily behavioural and motivations focused.

The 2nd stage of interviews (virtual) will be a competency and technical skills-based interview with our Account Director, Emma Cain.

The final stage will be a face-to-face interview in our Soho office with both Emma Cain and Founder & CEO of Drew + Rose, Charlotte Johnson.
