Who we are

Drew+Rose’s Founder Charlotte was deeply inspired by her grandparents Andrew and Rose, and wanted their legacy, and the values they installed, to live on. They are the inspiration behind our name, and the foundations of our values.

Drew+Rose come from very humble beginnings in Somers Town, Camden, London. They were extremely community-led and hard-working; Rose was one of 11 siblings who, at a young age, scrubbed doorsteps to get enough food to feed her family. She went on to be awarded an OBE for outstanding service in 10 Downing Street. Their strength, love, and education on doing the right thing drives the agency’s ethos and values.

Meet our founder

The company was founded and is still run by Charlotte Johnson, a serial marketer and entrepreneur. She also runs another company called Marketeer Moments, a training and development program for marketing teams.

This is all part of her mission to reinstate faith in marketing, elevating every part of the industry.

Always ahead of the curve

We have always been hybrid (way before it was thing) but that is us, always ahead of the curve.

Our team of experts are based in London in our Soho office every Monday and Wednesday, and occasionally Fridays, but that is for our quarterly away days for us to review how we continue to get better and have a growth committee. We genuinely practise what we preach.
