The + isn’t just a part of our logo, it’s a symbol of what we stand for, it represents our ‘and not or’ mindset of partnership, honour and excellence.
These are the values of our Founder, Charlotte Johnson, that have driven the innovation of how we work, passed on by her grandparents and our namesake, Drew and Rose.
We are accountable for delivering excellent results, we’ve even set our own Drew+Rose standards. We increase these standards through quarterly reviews and publish them to keep us accountable and transparent.

We often get asked to set our clients strategy and targets so that we can push the brand further. Yes, that’s right, our clients trust us so much they ask us to set targets and strategy and even help them with budgets.
This is because we truly work in partnership.

Transparency is really important to us. We have open Asana boards with our clients, so they can talk directly to their delivery team and see what we are working on to.
All comms are in Asana, so we don’t really use email. We build every client an in-real-time-dashboard and we even publish our prices.
Our service levels are world-class, our partner promise is that you’ll never chase us.

Meet our founder
The company was founded and is still run by Charlotte Johnson, a serial marketer and entrepreneur. She also runs another company called Marketeer Moments, a training and development program for marketing teams.
This is all part of her mission to reinvent faith in marketing by elevating every part of the industry.
