We have an incredible opportunity for an ambitious Marketing and Sales Manager to join a growing marketing agency.

Who We Are:

A group of agencies on a mission to reinstate faith in marketing, by bridging the gap between sales and marketing, through brand-led performance marketing.

We are based in Soho and have an exceptionally high-performing team in a supportive environment.

We take a human-first approach in everything we do, liberating our people and partners to be the best versions of themselves. We encourage everyone to be continuously learning, constantly inquisitive, and to educate at the same rate as they learn. That’s why we have a training program for marketeers. We boldly go where others would hesitate, to challenge the status quo, and to be venturesome in our thinking and actions. Our expectations always remain high; we expect excellence because great is never enough.

Who We Are Looking For:

As we aim high and set ambitious targets, we seek a Marketing and Sales Manager who shares our passion and determination. This role is not for the faint-hearted but for those ready to embrace challenges and drive results.

As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will spearhead all marketing and sales activities to propel our agency’s growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Your Role

  • Reporting to both the Director and the CEO, operating at an exceptionally high level of performance and accountability.
  • Spearheading all marketing and sales activities, driving profile growth, expanding our database, increasing event attendance, and generating high-quality leads across our three pipelines.
  • Managing the end-to-end process of monthly event production, including promotion, ticket sales, content creation, pre-event social media engagement, email automation, and post-event follow-up (utilising platforms such as HubSpot, Salesflow, Eventbrite, and LinkedIn to optimise results).
  • Taking charge of our growing membership community of marketers, ensuring its continual growth and management through regular posts and active engagement to drive leads.
  • Drive social media growth, retention, and engagement across seven channels, increasing quality community expansion, boosting event attendance, and driving traffic to our website.
  • Oversee CRM management and sales outreach efforts, leveraging platforms such as HubSpot to maintain our expanding database. This entails consistent database maintenance, strategic email marketing, and proactive sales outreach to achieve exceptional open rates, click-through rates, event sign-ups, and lead generation.
  • Automated sales outreach using the best-in-class automation tools and exceptional customised messaging to grow the active community, with above average reply rates and sign-ups to our events.
  • Manage and lead the weekly marketing and sales meetings, reporting key metrics and results via a comprehensive scorecard. Metrics include minimum monthly MQLs, event attendance figures, the number of leads generated from events, and leads within the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure meticulous organisation and management of marketing and sales boards and briefs using Asana.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within agency and in-house environments.
  • Proven track record of incorporating digital sales outreach into previous roles.
  • A commitment to long-term growth within a collaborative work environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot, sales flow, asana and social tools.
  • Regular office presence required, including Mondays, Wednesdays, and the last Thursday of each month for events, with an additional Friday every quarter for away days.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a salary of £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
  • Office-based initially, transitioning to a hybrid model after a successful six-months’ probation period.
  • 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and closed at Christmas = 32 days.
  • Up to 3 weeks per year remote working from abroad up to 4 hours time difference.

If you’re ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and excellence, we want to hear from you. Become a key player in our journey to redefine marketing and drive meaningful results for our clients and our team.
