We are looking for a talented junior creative to join our brilliant team.

This is an essential role within our agency where you will be supporting the design team, working alongside our experts, from copywriters to digital marketing strategists and in-house developers.

Responsibilities

  • Create the most inspiring designs to meet internal briefs
  • Support the Drew + Rose design team to achieve the best quality outcomes for every client brief
  • Fully immerse yourself into learning Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign), seeking new skills and developing your talent
  • Execute pin-sharp quality assurance and highlight, with confidence, anything that you feel is incorrect
  • Support the Project/Account Managers to ensure the smooth running of the creative studio
  • Keep Asana up-to-date and ensure that all work is completed on time and accurately
  • Complete your daily timesheet
  • Name and file all work accurately
  • Take an active role in client workshops, when required
  • Be commercially and creatively minded, research design solutions and keep up to date with industry trends
  • Grow in confidence and understanding of branding and digital marketing, supported by our CEO and Senior Creatives and Developers
  • Support the promotion of Drew + Rose across all appropriate social media channels, in line with our marketing objectives
